True to size

Don't waste your money
I purchased the Jaylani mule in both brown and black in April 2025. Wore the brown pair for the first time last night. I put them on in the hotel room and went downstairs to the hotel lobby. Had them on a total of less than 5 minutes. While walking through the hotel lobby I heard a ripping sound. I literally walked right out of the left shoe. The entire side of the shoe fell apart. run very small
Unfortunately, I did not get to wear my shoes cause they did not fit me. I'm normally a size 10 1/2 but prefer to wear size 11, cause my job is a sitting-down type of job. So at the end of my day, my foot would be swollen up a bit and that can be painful... I could not get my toes in. I did not send them back. I will give them away.
