Cheap
These shoes used to be so good but they have cheapened the design. The heel is glued onto the sole. Like what? I have this shoe in like 5 different colors over the years. This one is completely different and the worse I've seen! I'm utterly disappointed. I'm including another pair in the photos for comparison.

Disappointed
Arrived dirty; looks previously worn. Can only add two photos, but there are nicks in the heel too. Rating two stars because the other shoes I ordered arrived in even worse condition.

Strap ripped off
Ordered these for a wedding and the back strap ripped about a hour into wearing them, had to glue to them for the rest of the night and they are now unwearable for any future events. Get in every color!
I love these shoes! They are a staple in my closet - I think I have them in 4 colors now.
