The small square wooden block on the heel turned on its first use
The small, square wooden block on the heel twisted on its first use. By that time, my return window was over. Very upset with the product!

Elf Vibes
Unfortunately, these give full elf-shoe-vibes. I can't tell if it's because their SO pointy, the satin/champagne color combo or they just fit to awkwardly, but nonetheless, not a good look.Response from Lulus.com: Hey, Brooke!
