Excellent Customer Service
I love this clutch! When it came in it overwhelmingly smelled like kerosene. I tried to air it out, but it would not go away. When I called customer service, they immediately sent me another one in the mail. In the past when I have exchanged things, they will not send the new items until they receive the old items. Beautiful purse that can be dressy or casual
