felt cheap and baggy

I ordered a medium and received a large and I am actually happy about it. The large is a little big and the medium probably would have been perfect, but who doesn't like a comfy sweater?! Cute but ehhh
Don't feel like it's worth the money. Maybe if I had gotten a size down I would of liked it more but I feel like you could get this at any department store for like $25.
