    Zipper doesn't work

Looks pretty, but the zipper doesn't work. I can't wear the dress and it was final sale so can't return it as well.....waste of money!
Response from Lulus.com: Hi Mohana. We are so sorry to hear that the dress arrived with a defective zipper. This is not a typical experience and someone from our customer care team will be reaching out to you via email shortly. xo

    Zipper did not work

This was my wedding reception dress and the zipper was broken. It didn't go all the way up, I had no other choice so had to wear the dress with the zipper 75% up. I wish I would have brought a back up. Do not recommend.
Response from Lulus.com: Hey, Karin! We're sorry to hear about the zipper on your dress. We'd love to hear more about what you're experiencing so that we can better assist, and a member of our team is reaching out to you via email to help! xo

    Reception dress

I bought this as a reception dress. It was very cute and comfortable! A liiiittle short but other wise great. Lulus has come a long way with the accuracy of their sizing!
