Top way too big.

Love this dress so much!
I got this dress for a party, and I absolutely love it! I sized up because other reviews said that it fit snugly on hips, and I think that was a good decision. It's a little loose but has a good draping fit, which is what I wanted. The fabric is not super stretchy but is high quality and comfortable and a gorgeous color.
