Zip Does not Work
Beautiful dress but unfortunately there is a zip malfunction. The zip won't go up past a certain point. I couldn't wear it for the occasion.Response from Lulus.com: Hey Berenice. Cute but zipper is horrible
Dress is super cute; got it shortened because I'm so short, which was fine and easy! The big issue was the zipper. It would not zip, and it was not because it didn't fit. The zipper was impossible to zip, and I had to take the leftover cloth from the bottom to cover up. Zipper Troubles
I have returned this three times now because the zipper hasn't been working. It's actually super frustrating because now I am probably going to miss my bridesmaid fitting, having had to reorder this dress three times. I will say that every time I have called customer service they have been so help but I am still frustrated.Response from Lulus.com: Oh no, Brianna! Broken zipper
Sadly, I should've paid attention to the reviews. The zipper is made so poorly. The second time I tried on the dress, in hopes that the zipper worked better, the zipper would not go back down and was stuck. My husband and I tried moving it down for over 30 minutes and eventually had to cut the dress off of me at the zipper.
