Broken zipper
Gorgeous dress. When I tried it on it was beautiful, but when I then put it on for the event the zipper broke. First it got stuck, then it unzipped under the zipper and I was stuck in the dress. Then I had to break out of it. I should have listened to the reviews about it. I'm still seething.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Rachel, we are so sorry to hear that this happened.
