Never received
My experience was terrible. I checked on dress status 1 1/2 weeks after ordering, when it should have been delivered. They provided no details, no answers, no rush shipping of new items, nothing. Said it must be lost in the mail because it didn't have a tracking update, and they couldn't find info. Did nothing to help me. I'm still waiting on refund, days later.Response from Lulus.com:
