    Beautiful but faulty dress

    When I got this dress, it fit like a glove and I was so excited to wear it. I tried it on again before my event to decide on shoes, and the zipper broke. It was too close to the event to try and order a new dress so I paid to get the zipper replaced. Then I get to my event and the elastic in one of the sleeves snaps and I had to rig it up with a hair tie to try and salvage it as I was at the event and couldn't do much about it. I'm so...     This dress runs big!! I got a M and I need a small size down almost 2 sizes
