    Elegant & Sexy

    Bought this dress for a wedding and absolutely love! It's extremely elegant but the cowl back gives the perfect touch. Can't wait to wear it for weddings or any future holiday party!

    Timeless elegance

    This is a beautiful, beautiful design. I bought this for a Casablanca-themed party that I hosted, and then bought it in real and green so I can have it for every formal occasion no matter the season. I ordered L and XL, and while L technically fits, I prefer the draped look and feel of the XL obscures my tummy a little better.     Gorgeous!

    I bought two sizes, but stuck with the Large. This dress was simply amazing. I will say that I had to sew up the top of the seam above the zipper because it came loose. So I took one star off. So be careful with it!

    Effortless Elegance

    Got this for a work gala and felt gorgeous in it! It was a little long for my height, but the side ruching allowed me to use a broach pin to pull the dress slightly shorter without having to sew the hem. Can't wait to wear this again!

    This is a Beautiful Dress

    It fits great everywhere except it is way too long for my height. I needed to hem it up about 4 inches, but the rests fits beautifully. I do wish the dress length would better accommodate more typical heights, but the dress is a beautiful color and the upper half fits beautifully.

    Endless Compliments

    I wore this to a December wedding in Texas with a "Festive Formal" dress code. I received endless compliments and felt like it fit the vibe perfectly. I had to hem it, but I do with any dress. It also looks much nicer than the price reflects.

    Personal opinion

    I really loved the dress; the length was great with 4-inch heels. I just didn't like the way it bunched up in the midsection, just my personal opinion. Also, the zip at the end stuck out. I ordered an XS

    Classy and Sexy

    Gorgeous, classy dress with a touch of sexy. Perfect for a holiday party. Silky material is comfortable and high quality. You'll want some shapewear and a good sticky bra. I am 5'7 and did have to get it hemmed a few inches so I wasn't tripping on it all night. But overall a super find!

    I wore the Captivating Presence Wine Red Satin Cowl Back Maxi Dress as the maid of honor in a wedding, and it was stunning. The color and fit were beautiful, and the satin fabric felt soft, not too thin, though I wished it were a bit thicker. At 5'11, I was thrilled by the length; it reached the floor even with 1¾-inch heels, which rarely happens for me! Wrinkles were tricky, but Lulus customer service was wonderful. Using their tips (and a pressing cloth with medium-high heat, inside out), the wrinkles came out perfectly and stayed out all night. If you wear shapewear, I recommend Spanx's low-back option. It worked great under this dress and didn't show. My only complaint is that the fabric shows moisture easily, so sweat or tears can leave spots until dry. Overall, this dress is gorgeous, comfortable, and very flattering. I received so many compliments and would absolutely buy it again, especially at this price point! - Bonnie S.
