Manufacturing Problem
Overall, after reading other reviews, it was suggested to me to buy a size up--which I did. This suggestion worked! But when the dress came one of the darts on the right chest was sewn in completely wrong resulting in fabric sticking WAY out on the chest. I like the dress itself but have to pay an arm and a leg for a seamstress to alter it. Being 5' 4", the dress is a tiny bit too long but heels make it doable.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Abigail, we are so sorry that you received this sewn incorrectly! Perfect for winter wedding
I bought this for a winter wedding (that sadly I couldn't go to because of the pandemic), and I was so excited to wear it. Hoping I have another opportunity! The velvet feels great on your skin, and the cut is super flattering. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Fall formal
I wore this dress to a wedding and felt wonderful in it. The layers are really flattering. The length was also perfect with heels (I'm 5'6").

Loved this dress!
This dress was perfect for a black-tie optional wedding. The material is thick and feels nice - I got a small and it fit true to size. The straps are adjustable which was perfect for me, I have a pretty short torso and always have to alter straps.
