Broken zipper and too tight around shoulders.

It was so pretty and I was hoping to wear this for my September wedding, but it arrived with a zipper that got stuck the first time zipping it up, and then the waist fit perfectly, but the shoulders were too snug to be comfortable enough to wear for more than an hour. Sadly have to return it.
Response from Lulus.com: Hello Nakita, thanks for your review! We apologize that you had issues with the zipper on this dress. Our customer service team (lulus.com/customerservice) is available daily. If you ever have questions or need assistance, please let us know! xo

    Beautiful Dress!

The quality of the dress surpases the price in my opinion! I purchased the dress in black and it fits so perfectly and is actually quite comfortable. I couldn't be happier!
