    Color, fit, and quality a little off

    The midnight blue color was much darker than I expected - we couldn't tell it was supposed to be blue until we held it against black fabric. The material is pretty thick and not at all flimsy, but the thickness weighed it down quite a bit, so it was loose in weird places, especially the waist and bust, but still somewhat tight in the arms.     Pretty but not comfortable

    This dress is really cute and looks great on, but it definitely has some issues. I'm 5'3", and it was way too long on me, so I had to get it hemmed. Even after that, it's honestly very uncomfortable. The neckline sits too low, so I was constantly pulling it up, and the shoulders kept slipping down. Anytime I moved too much, I had to adjust it, literally every few minutes. I wanted to love it, but the fit just isn't practical.

    Smells!

    I received this dress and it had that long ribbon around the length of the dress to prevent people from returning it used. I appreciated that since it put me at ease knowing that it was a brand new item. I steamed it and hung it up for the next day's event.
