    Broken zipper

    Ripped side?

This dress has a lot of potential. Very pretty and good for a teen. The dress was ripped on the side before it could even be tried on. Need an exchange to try again but you can't exchange for the same size? Waiting for a call back to find a solution. I hope it's just a fluke and not a quality issue.
Response from Lulus.com: Hi Catherine, thank you for reaching out. This is not a typical experience and we have reached out to get this taken care of. If there is anything else we can help with please let us know. xo

    Pretty prom dress

Perfect length with heels-no alterations needed. I usually am a size extra small, but I could zip it up, so I exchanged it for a small and it fit perfectly and stayed up all night long. I danced and didn't have to fidget with the top. I felt pretty and feminine in this dress and it was different from the norm.
