    Zipper malfunction

    I purchased this dress for my 17yo daughter. It was beautiful. We had a real issue w the zipper. Once you unzipped it. Tried it on- tried to zip it back up. It would only zip not even halfway. It was stuck- would not budge. We struggled big time. It was not catching on anything. We were so frustrated. We tried home remedies- dry bar soap, vaseline. etc. on the zipper-to get it to zip.     I purchased this dress for my 17yo daughter. It was beautiful. We had a real issue w the zipper. Once you unzipped it. Tried it on- tried to zip it back up. It would only zip not even halfway. It was stuck- would not budge. We struggled big time. It was not catching on anything. We were so frustrated. We tried home remedies- dry bar soap, vaseline. etc. on the zipper-to get it to zip. So, needless to say we finally got it zipped back up w/out her in it. it took forever to get it to budge. I had to have her slide her arms through, pull it over your head. Pull it down. It took over an hour to get this situation rectified. For as much as I paid for this dress, that should not have happened. I'm including two pictures of how far it zipped up. I think I should get my $ back credited to my cc I used. Another person at the wedding, ordered a different black dress, from your company. She had the same issue w the zipper.     You're so Gorgeous

    Absolutely stunning dress that's perfect for a fall or summer wedding. The top was a little loose so I did get IT altered to fit me extra snug so I wouldn't have to pick up my dress in the front. Besides that, it was a beautiful dress and I got so many compliments on it. The material is well-made and not see-through. The hardware is very durable as well and does not falter. Overall, I would suggest this dress for an effortless beachy look.

    LOVE

    This dress is so flattering, the color is so rich, and very comfortable. The top fits perfectly and there's no need to wear a bra or worry about her sliding anywhere. My only complaint would be the tiny zipper, the dress is hard to zip even when I'm not in the dress, but it hasn't broke.     This dress is so flattering, the color is so rich, and very comfortable. The top fits perfectly and there's no need to wear a bra or worry about her sliding anywhere. My only complaint would be the tiny zipper, the dress is hard to zip even when I'm not in the dress, but it hasn't broke.     Pretty and forgiving

    Loved the movement in the dress! It is lightweight and a bit see through. I did not wear a bra, and I wish I had. It was a little big up top and no structure, so I kept pulling it up (I went with the recommended large, though I would've been more secure in a medium, no time to exchange). It was also long.     Pregnant

    I am pregnant and loved this dress will probably order another size in the future. Was too small and still trying to figure out sizing while pregnant

    The fit around my body is perfect. I ordered a size medium-I just have a smaller chest so it's a little loose, but understandable hahahah!

    Perfect for Sorority Formal

    My recommended size was a small, but I sized up to a medium for my bust. I definitely could have gone with the small, but it still looked and felt fine! I got so many compliments on the dress. The color is perfect, I HIGHLY recommend!!
