    The zipper sucks!

This dress is beautiful but the zipper ruins it completely. The dress fit me well but the zipper doesn't budge. It gives me issues both on and off the hanger. I wish I would've read the reviews first as it seems this is a common issue with the dress. You can't even wear it since the zipper doesn't move. Such a shame for what could've been the perfect dress.

    Gorgeous, but had to return!

A beautiful dress! Gorgeous color and material, but unfortunately had to return due to a zipper issue. Even when on the hanger, I had major difficulty zipping the dress up past the skirt. I am extremely sad to see it go! I loved how it fit, and it was exactly what I was looking for :(
Response from Lulus.com: Hello Alyssa, thanks for your review! We're so sorry that you had trouble with the zipper. Our customer service team (lulus.com/customerservice) is available daily. If you ever have questions or need assistance, please let us know! xo

    Beautiful

Fits great. A little long, but easy to hem under the layers.

    Weird sizing

Really wanted this to work. Got a size large and it was too tight. Sized up to xl and too loose. Also, the 5.95 return fee in this economy

    great dress, horrible zipper

I absolutely loved this dress and it is very pretty, but unfortunately on the day of prom, the zipper broke and I had a wardrobe malfunction and was late to prom dinner and pictures because of it. Fortunately, I did get the zipper fixed so I could still wear it to prom, but after taking it off the zipper is still having problems and will possibly break again.
Response from Lulus.com: Hello Lily, thanks for your review! We're so sorry to hear that the zipper broke. We want you to love every Lulus purchase, so if you are ever in need, please get in touch with us (lulus.com/customerservice). We would be happy to find a solution for you! xo
