    Beautiful Dress- even better customer service

    This dress was BEAUTIFUL. Soft fabric, nicely made. We had a slight issue with zipper sticking and then coming apart, but customer service was great and offered us a full refund.

    The best dress

    I have this dress in three colors now. It is a tiny bit loose in the back but that's just me I think. I am probably between sizes but with a strapless bra it should fit just fine. Especially since strapless bras so many are slightly padded. The dress is flattering in all body types in my opinion.

    Gorgeous Dress BUT very tight in chest area

    Honestly, I read a lot of the reviews about this dress and many people said this dress runs small. It does, in fact, run very small - I am someone who wears a size XS & I ordered the dress in a Medium. Thankfully, with assistance, I was able to zip up the dress. I am wearing it for a friend's wedding as a bridesmaid.     Beautiful but No Boob Room

    Gorgeous dress. Love the fabric but there is no room in the bust area. It is constructed very flat in the bust area, to where my boobs were extremely compressed in the middle and squished out the bottom and top. I thought of ordering the next size up, but other reviews say this doesn't fix the problem.

    Zipper malfunction

    I loved the style and colour of the dress! Fit perfectly according to measurements. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the back zipper had a serious malfunction- being unable to zip past the middle seam. I was unable to properly zip the dress while wearing it or while it was on its hanger, and unfortunately had to return it as it was unwearable.

    Dress

    Dress runs big. Ordered a medium because I was in between sizes. Would've had to exchange for a small, but I didn't love the way the dress looked on me, so I returned it.

    Enormous!

    I followed the Lulus size recommendations exactly and ordered a 1x; it was enormous! It just fell right down, and I had a full hand span of extra space. I sent it back and am going to Nordstrom to try on dresses. I ended up buying a similar style and color from Dress the Population.     Cute but came broken

    Love the dress. The colour is the perfect pastel pink. The ruffles are adorable. However, the clasp on the back of the dress came broken (missing the hook part). Unfortunately, it cost too much to exchange it, so I will just find a seamstress here to sew one on. Disappointing that it came broken and with some loose strings for the price I paid. But besides that, it's a flattering dress.
