Damaged and stained
Boots fit perfectly and are cute but are stained. Suede is challenging to get stains out of so I'm very bummed.
Response from Lulus.com: Hey Shelby! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that these boots were delivered to you stained. This is not typical for lulus and we want to make this right. We will be reaching out to you via email soon. xo - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
