    Beautiful dress-too small & low quality zipper

    I was looking for a dress to wear to an all black cocktail theme wedding. I saw this dress and knew it was the one I wanted. I read the reviews and saw a lot of people saying to size up in this dress. I made the silly mistake of not doing that, so I ordered a L.     The zipper is soul crushing

    This dress looks beautiful in the photos. I'm 5'3 and got a large because I read it runs small. If you are that short like me, the top of the dress won't fall correctly. The zipper doesn't go up regardless of what size you are. Lulus has a terrible return policy. I'm going to have to lose an additional $5 just to return a dress that was never going to work because of the zipper.

    GORGEOUS Dress

    This dress was SO beautiful. I wore it to a bridal shower and got so many compliments. One girl even asked for the like to order it herself!! I felt beautiful in it. Absolutely recommend!

    Bad Zipper

    UPDATE: I highly recommend buying a dress from Lulu's. The customer service team reached out to me base on my review and offered a discount to help pay for the seamstress to fix the zipper. I'm super impressed with the customer service, and so happy they wanted to help me get into the stunning dress.
