Ripped before I could wear it

Ordered this dress but they sent a jumpsuit
I purchased this dress for a holiday party coming up and they sent me a jumpsuit and a size large so I couldn't even make that work if I wanted to. When I asked for a refund so that I could order something else they told me not until they received their package back, which is frustrating since I didn't even order this jumpsuit and it wasn't in my size. So I can't leave a review, but the dress still looks super cute on the model.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Heather! We are so sorry to hear that this happened! Pretty dress but wasn't for me
