Zipper
The zipper of the dress separated when I put it on. It could not be repaired, so I had to be pinned into the dress.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Megan! Elegant
I really liked this dress, but just not as much as another one I ordered. Very elegant looking and feeling, fit great. I think it just felt a little like a bridesmaid dress (maybe the material?), than a guest dress. Could look cute with the right/wide belt. - Product Rating: 1 of 5 stars
Zipper
Like the comments said, I experienced a zipper issue. Customer service was very good as they spoke with me about returning the dress, however, I was not able to return it in time due to not being located near UPS so I missed the return window. I may try to involve a seamstress.
