I absolutely love this dress. I'm 5'4 122lbs, DD bra size. At first I ordered the S after reading the reviews, then when arrived I figured the XS would've fit better. I returned it and got the XS(I like it tight, it hugs my body much better). Weird fit
I bought this dress in an XL after reading reviews. It's not that it runs small but this dress just wouldn't work with my body type. It was super tight in my midsection and hips yet the sleeves were too long and it was baggy in the shoulders. Unless you are stick thin this dress probably won't work for you.
