Cute shoes but straps too short

SO PRETTY but bow not secure
Wore these for my rehearsal dinner - so pretty, SPARKLY and v bridal and fun. Also comfortable! Someone stepped on the bow and it came off because the strap wasn't super secure unfortunately. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Disappointed
I absolutely love this shoe. But the straps literally do not fit, I tried to wrap them around my ankle/foot 6 different ways and they never reached the buckle.
