Never Received
Never got the dress. Ordered two weeks before an event and now it's four days before and still no dress. OnTrac says it was delivered at 11:30PM on a Saturday night (not true, we have front door cameras). Lulus- why would you work with a courier who literally cannot deliver? And why make it so hard to open up a ticket with customer support?
