It's okay

Blue not as pictured
I wanted to love this dress, but I sent it back. The blue is all wrong. Instead of the cute, icy blue shown, it's more of a medium blue. It also seemed large for a small, but the belt helped with the sizing issue. Lastly, the buttons looked cheap. Runs small
