Love the design and cut

Too loose
The weird thing about this dress was that it was too big in the rib cage but not in the bust. I'm very petite, and not busty obviously, but I filled out the bust, which is why I was confused that just under the bust the dress wasn't fitted at all, and noticeably loose. Otherwise it was great, but I still had to return it. I guess my rib cage is small? I've never had this problem before, normally I can't fill out the bust instead.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Megan!
