Size up definitely
Okay, so it is my fault for ordering XS. I ordered XS praying that it would be stretchy enough to look like a small. It actually was really stretchy. However, it is snug right under my breast and gives them the illusion of being even bigger than they are (32DD), which I do not like because I am not a fan of my chest size.
