    Long Floppy Sleeves and Pockets Sewn Shut!

    This is the dumbest design I have ever seen! I will be returning immediately! Notice how her sleeves are pushed up in the pic? Yeah, that's because the sleeves just dangle and flop straight down, extending beyond even where my fingertips end! And I do not have short arms, my arms are actually on the long side.     Didn't Work For Me

    All the other reviews say how great this is, but on me it looked like an oversized bathrobe, especially in the cream color (which was more creamy in person than it looks in the picture). Sleeves were way too long. It just didn't work for me at all.

    Nice

    Although the small ran a tad bit big, it's a very nice coat. Not too thin and definitely not too heavy. I live in SC, so heavy coats aren't required. I love the color, too. I wanted to exchange it for an extra small, but they didn't have it, yet small will work without looking too big.

    Love this jacket!

    Absolutely love this jacket. Hugs just right and fits perfectly. I also like that it has stretch to it, so its very very comfortable

    So many compliments!

    This jacket fits so perfectly! I've always struggled to find a tench coat or peacoat that fit be well since in not tall and small (5'3 107lbs). I'm always drowning in them. Not this one! It's thinner, but room enough to wear a long sleeve under the jacket. I've already worked it a few times. Hugh score! Tons of compliments. I even ordered one for a girlfriend, and she is so thrilled!

    Pockets are sewn shut

    I'm wondering if anyone else has bought this coat only to find the pockets to be sewn shut. The pockets are not sewn shut with loose threads that I can pull to open the pockets. They are absolutely sewn shut. I'm so disappointed. I called customer service two times to exchange the coat for one with pockets that are not sewn shut. The third coat just arrived, and guess what, the pockets are sewn shut. I'm so disappointed in customer service. I... Read More

They are absolutely sewn shut. I'm so disappointed. I called customer service two times to exchange the coat for one with pockets that are not sewn shut. The third coat just arrived, and guess what, the pockets are sewn shut. I'm so disappointed in customer service. I specifically told the agents I talked to what the problem was, and they assured me they would send me a coat without the pockets being sewn shut. If I return the coat, it will be the third time returning the exact same coat, all with the pockets sewn shut. Not sure I need the coat that badly. - Julie B.
