This top gets the job done, you can dress it up or make it more casual. I like that I can wear a normal bra with it too. It is short enough that you wouldn't be able to tuck it in, it hits right above the waist and might be considered "cropped" on some bodies. It is a little "boxy" on a smaller body, but I like that it covers the girls.
