Packaging issue
This necklace is beautiful but it was unfortunate that I couldn't even wear it. Received it in the mail and it was all tangled. Tried to get it apart however, it was so bad that I ended up breaking it in the process. Packaging for these items should be reconsidered.Response from Lulus.com:
