    Cute but cheap material

    This dress is cute, but could use some better material. I love the navy color and open back. However, it is a little tight around the shoulders.

    cute style, but unfortunately cheap fabric

    I bought this dress for a family wedding that I will be officiating. I thought this dress was cute enough to be seen in pictures that the family will be sharing for decades to come, while also being modest/plain enough that it would be appropriate to wear while officiating.
