horrible
The shoes are cute but the insoles are not comfortable. I started developing callus on my feet and I only wore it twice. Update do not buy it the shoe horrible the heel is coming off lulus is refusing to return the item

Poor Quality
I bought these boots in November 2022 and by January 2023 (3 months later) the heel became wobbly and is now falling off. Super cute boots and really comfy, but not sure what to do since after only wearing them once or twice the heel fell off. Would love a solution!Response from Lulus.com: Hello Alyssa!
