horrible
The shoes are cute but the insoles are not comfortable. I started developing callus on my feet and I only wore it twice. Update do not buy it the shoe horrible the heel is coming off lulus is refusing to return the item

Poor Quality
I bought these boots in November 2022 and by January 2023 (3 months later) the heel became wobbly and is now falling off. Super cute boots and really comfy, but not sure what to do since after only wearing them once or twice the heel fell off. Would love a solution!Response from Lulus.com: Hello Alyssa! Heels broke on the first wear
Super cute shoes, but unfortunately the heels on the boots broke the first time I wore them. They began to get wobbly and I thought they might fall off.Response from Lulus.com: Hey Abby! Very cheap quality
I'm sad because I had high hopes for these boots, I got them for my family photo shoot and couldn't wear them at all. The heel is really cheap quality and when you put them on and stand up you can hear and feel the heel opening up. I was afraid of walking in them because they sounded like they were going to break.
