Tight and Loose
The body of the dress fits well and hugs the curves but the top near the shoulders is baggy and loose fitting. Runs VERY small
Was going to wear it for my anniversary dinner. Based on other's reviews and my measurements, a medium should have fit very well. I couldn't even get it over my shoulders!
