Love the design and cut

Too loose
The weird thing about this dress was that it was too big in the rib cage but not in the bust. I'm very petite, and not busty obviously, but I filled out the bust, which is why I was confused that just under the bust the dress wasn't fitted at all, and noticeably loose. Otherwise it was great, but I still had to return it. I guess my rib cage is small? I've never had this problem before, normally I can't fill out the bust instead.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Megan! Not for me
This dress fit and is a super color to add vibrancy to a wardrobe. However, the fit was a little off: it sat high on my waist and looked a little awkward. The sleeves are funny inbetween length of not being 3/4, but not to the wrist either. Wayyyyyy too short!

Runs very small
I'm usually an xs but I sized up after reading the reviews to a small but the rib area of this dress is too snug. I'm petite so I'm afraid that if I go a size larger it won't fit my chest and shoulders properly. I really wanted to live this dress...
