Cocktail dress

Not for tall girls
First off, the material of this dress is fabulous. Very stretchy, and has a great weight to it. I would absolutely recommend this dress IF you have a shorter torso. My natural waist falls much lower than most because of my height, so the dress was just a few inches shy of fitting me.
