Chic
These are really fun and kinda flirty. They definitely add to a simple outfit or dress. I don't wear them with much because they aren't the most comfortable shoes. And it takes the right ensemble for them to look right due to the fringe. But for the price they are nice to have as a "go to" in my closet.
