Cute shoe but loose heel strap
These heels are so cute and perfect for a bride who wants to be dressy, but still comfortable. I wore these for about 2 hours, and my only complaint is NOT the comfort, but the heel strap! The strap is extremely loose, and I had to readjust it every couple of steps. If you purchase this shoe, I would recommend taking them to a cobbler or using a rubber band to tighten the strap. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
inconsistent sizing

Size up
It's a very cute and comfy shoes, however you need to size up, I'm 5 and i ordered 5.5 and still it small. Unfortunately no return option because i bought for sale. I want to wear it on my wedding day so I had to order another one.
