Runs so small

LOVE! Best customer service, ever!
My original dress was running late due to weather; customer service sent out another dress overnight! That one was also delayed due to weather! You can't make this up! I was stressed; customer service sent out a 3rd!! It came just in time! It fit like a glove! I could wear the dresses everyday! Beautiful fabric, amazing quality in the details were just perfect! Way too small
I ordered a size medium, and I'm 5'5 and 135. I can't even zip it up all the way. So it's either very poorly made or they made a mistake with my dress.
