It'll do
The fit is a little awkward& I would say it's pretty close to true to size, but maybe a little on the snug side. I am a C cup and not perky. I'll be wearing a sticky bra to hold the boobs up, which isn't uncommon for me. The twist in the back is not fixed, and I am able to push my boobs up a bit more when I adjust it (will have to sew the twist in place where it fits me best) I don't think this dress is for gals with boobs that need more support.... I was struggling to find a dress last minute, and I thought about Lulus! I have another dress I bought to be a bridesmaid, when I was told I'd be invited to my partner's co-worker's wedding, I looked around and found this one with a quickness.
