Super cute and perfect for work!

The length is perfect. I sized up to make sure it wasn't too cropped, and that was definitely the right move. If you don't want it super short, I'd recommend going up just one size. The embroidery and cut-outs are absolutely adorable, and the fabric is so light and breathable, perfect for hot days.
