    Zipper Is Not Zipping Halfway Through

    It seems like the problem with most dresses from this shop is that the zipper is not zipping halfway through. Especially when it is on the waistline. It is difficult to zip from then on. Unfortunately, some dresses are unwearable unless you bring it to the tailor to have it rezipped and then the torso size will even be smaller. It literally sizes it down which makes me feel fat because I now have to lose weight to be able to wear it.

    Sizing is completely off

    This dress is gorgeous, and the fabric is beautiful and very elegant, but the sizing is completely off. I ordered my usual size small. I normally am a size small or a four in tops and bottoms. I couldn't even button the top hook in order to zip the zipper. I let my friend try it on, who's an extra small -she's a size 0 to 2, and she couldn't even get it zipped either.     Did not fit unfortunately

    I order the same size from Lulus all the time (small), so I didn't think twice before ripping the tags off. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit this time, though. I was able to pull it up over my thighs and my stomach, but when it came to zipping it fully up, it honestly felt like there was not enough fabric around my chest area to bring the zippers together, which I have never had an issue with before when ordering a size small from Lulus, so I...     Runs a bit small

    It's a beautiful gown, but unfortunately have to return. It runs small in the waist and chest area. I usually go for small and didn't expect it to be unable to zip up. I recommend sizing up.

    Will not zip up

    Loved the look of this dress...if only I were able to zip it up! It is WAY TOO TIGHT in the rib cage area and since there is no stretch in the fabric it was impossible to zip all the way.

    Final Sale Item That Runs Too Small

    I'm so sad that I can't exchange this for a size up. I had worn an XS in other Lulus dresses and had assumed I would fit into an XS of this dress. However, the material has no give, and there's no hope that I will be able to wear this for the wedding I bought it for, as I don't have time to get this altered. I am so bummed out.

    Beautiful dress!

    This dress is so beautiful in person! The top is definitely way smaller around the ribcage than other dresses I've ordered here. Normally, I wear XS, but I had to size up to a Small, and even then, it's very snug on my small chest. Perfect length though, no need to hem. I'm 5'5 120

    Defective zipper

    The zipper on this dress is essentially non functional. It is a beautiful dress, but I would not recommend it because of the defective zipper. Unfortunately, I bought it as final sale.

    Absolutely fell in love with this dress! I purchased this dress for a black tie wedding. However, DO size up. I used Lulus "fit finder" tool, and it recommended XS. When I received the XS, I could barely zip it past my rib cage. Thankfully, Lulus is SUPER quick with returns! I received an S in two days.     Wanted to like it

    Really disappointed in the dress. Zipper was awful; bought multiple sizes and colors. Couldn't get zipper up/down on any of them! Wasn't even able to try it on properly bc of how poor the zipper was functioning
