Strange neck
Ended up returning this dress, it was a little larger than I wanted, and the top did not have any elastic to help it stay up. Just Okay

Overall great, long neck for short stature
The neck strap is a great addition, but the buttons were the biggest hassle. I was worried it would break or pop something. Then I realized that the neck "cuff" was super long.
