Hugs every curve
The dress is beautiful and reaches the floor, which is great considering my lenght. I must say it really hugs every curve, so me aware. Lol, I have a mummy tummy, it does not accentuate it. All in all with spanx it would fit great. I agree with the others, the slit only opens up when you are walking, or the wind catches the dress. But I don't mind. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

I love this dress!
I absolutely love this dress, but I wear it in my house only since it is too long for me even after I wear a high heel, but I feel so sexy when I put the dress on in my house and it keeps me warm! Love it, just don't know about the fact that I have to hand wash it. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Absolutely loved it!
I will say the material is very thin but not see-through thin. I am 5'5 so average height and it hit the ground for me so any heel would be great. If it is fully tied, your leg will not show like in the picture, but not a deal breaker by any means. Honestly, its a beautiful simple and elegant dress and I am very happy with it. I bought this to wear on my honeymoon in a few days on a cruise. :)
