Not good quality, no ease for return
Deeply disappointed and frustrated with the experience I had with Lulus. They made it so simple and easy to purchase something from the UK, and yet, to return, you have to pay shipment back to the US. They did not make this clear at all. Also, the material was really stiff and not soft to the touch. I expected better. Now, I am down money and can't return or I'd have to spend more.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Elena!
