Casual and cute
Really cute, easy to throw on and go. The shoulder pads were a bit of a surprise lol, but once it's on it's not overkill and adds to the look for sure. Definitely recommend for a quick, cute option - Product Rating: 1 of 5 stars

Needs a redesign
I read the reviews about the shoulder pads, but ignored them. Not a good look. Also the opening in the back, I thought was cute, but you can see the flap of the back from the front of the dress. Comfortable but shoulder pads lie awkwardly
Material and fit of dress are great! I recommend ironing to give the cotton a crisp look. The problem I have are the shoulder pads are not properly seemed in the dress so as you wear them, it pulls on the fabric, making it obvious and cheap looking. I really like the casual dress for everyday use, but I'll likely need to remove the shoulder pads. Too awkward.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Lauren, thanks for your review!
