    Buyer beware!

    This company is a complete joke! I bought two dresses for my daughter for prom so she could figure out which one she liked best. After figuring it out and returning the other, I just received an email from Lulu customer service stating that they will not give me a refund, only a store credit because they found hair woven in the material of the dress I returned.     Received the wrong size

    UPDATE: Lulu's reached out to me regarding my review and offered to send a replacement size. Since I've already altered and worn the bigger size, they refunded me in full for my original purchase. Super grateful for the amazing communication and customer service!     Classy!

    Bought for my daughter for Prom. It is a stunning and classy dress! She got many compliments! The best part is she'll be able to wear this perfect black dress again in the future. The fit was great around the bust, but did gape a tiny bit on her lower back. She is a size 00/0 with a 33" inseam. The length hit perfectly with no alterations.

    Great!

    Dress fits great, a little big on the sides, but I wouldn't change it. A little loose on the chest part, but only I can notice. Perf for prom!
