Drapery!
I really wanted to like this dress... it looks so lovely on the model. I ended up returning it because I swear there is a whole bolt of cloth here. It's gathered and layered; it's heavy and drape-y, not in a good way. It made me think of that great Carol Burnett bit where she's playing Scarlett O'Hara from Gone With the Wind and comes down the stairs in the dress she'd made from the drapes, with the curtain rod still attached.
